Product: OMEN by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop 16-n0000 (63B17AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Everytime I try to run the dead pixel test on my OMEN 16 and I verify that there are non-black pixels on the black screen part of the test the test ends with the message: canceled. This is a problem, as I need the error code to create a support ticket to get it fixed, as it's still within my warranty period.
The screen under high brightness show white spots "non-black", in black images.
This is clearly from the manufacturer as the laptop and screen have no damages and aside from that was working perfectly fine!
