Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello...

 

I am using HP Victus 15. When I just start Windows (I let it power off whole night) I noticed fan speed is fast. I check then found out fan 1 is around 2200 rpm while fan 2 is only 200rpm. Is that normal?
