Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra
I purchased an HP 6458e about a year ago and print quaity was good. I did not use the printer for 9 months and no ink now appears on the print paper when it prints. Twice I performed the HP Smart 2 levels of self-cleaning using the HP Smart tools. I also have replaced both cartridges with new cartridges. I am thinking I need to manually clean the print head with a Qtip or some other manual cleaning. Any suggestions? Otherwisem, I will have to replace it after only light useage, which would be unfortunate.
