I have looked everywhere and cannot find the correct answer or even get to a support number or email because I have no other HP products registered.
I bought an HP SSD S700 SATA drive from Staples 2 years ago and all of a sudden it has started failing. Read and write speeds have dropped significantly to an almost unusable level, so I have gone and replaced it. That being said, I would still like to take advantage of the 3 year warranty because a backup drive is never a bad thing. How do I get in contact with HP support on why it isn't showing up on in the warranty search? Any help would be appreciated, thank you.
