Product: HP 7740 Office Jet Pro

I bought a brand new HP Officejet 7740 and I have been trying to connect it to my Microsoft Surface Pro. I have updated my drivers. I have gone through almost every trouble shooting scenario I can find. I have even tried to call HP help but nothing has worked. I downloaded the HP app. However, I cannot get past the step where it looks for the printer. My Surface cannot find my printer. My printer has an excellent connection to my WiFi network. The same WiFi network that I have my Microsoft Surface connected to. I cannot get my Surface to find this printer.
