Simple question - how do I obtain a warranty replacement ink cartridge? I have a defective cartridge, still in warranty. I did all of the steps in the HP virtual assistant, and nothing works. I installed a new cartridge and it works fine. I simply would like a replacement for the defective cartridge, but HP support just goes in a continuous loop and never takes me to a point where it simply provides for a replacement, even though the HP warranty documentation states "Contact HP" for a replacement.
