So I have this black update screen that never finishes, it just changes to "something went wrong, but updates are underway" and just stays like that. I've even left my laptop going for hours before and it didnt ever change. I did a factory reset and it just reopened to this. I need my laptop, i use it for drawing (i know my previous drawings arent on there now, they're on my ig though) PLEASE help, i have no computer repair place near me and no friends that know anything about computers
