I have had notification my Instant Ink shipment was sent on 16 Feb 24.  The tracking number shows that it has not even arrived at the Royal Mail yet.  I have now been without ink for three days. 

I have tried the chat/message function and their response is that as there is already a shipment on its way (?) they cannot do anything for me.

The bot/individual just keeps sending me screen shots of the Royal Mail tracking - which confirms it hasn't arrived with them yet - and does not answer my request to provide links or guidance on how to escalate, relevant policy (eg when does a shipment become classed as lost), or the complaint process.

Can anyone help?  I need ink now and I don't want to have to buy ink when I am paying for Instant Ink. 

I have never had this issue before.
