The indicated (black) cartridges are not communicating correctly with the printer. I have been on the hp website for a couple of hours and have yet to find a way to talk to a person about this instant ink replacement cartridge. I have hard reset the printer twice, I have removed and cleaned the cartridge with distilled water on a damp lint-free cloth. The printer was working fine and gave a replace low cartridge message. I replaced the cartridge as I have done many times and have received nothing but the error message above. I replaced the low cartridge and it printed until the cartridge went completely empty. Could someone tell me how to get this cartridge replaced?
