Product: HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-fc0000 (733M2AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Screen randomly turns black, only showing the cursor.  the cursor cannot be moved.  Sometimes the problem immediately resolves itself, going back to full functionality.  Other times it persists and I have to hard shutdown the computer in order to fix the issue.  I have only had the computer for two weeks, it is brand new from BestBuy, and this issue is worrisome.
