Product: HP ENVY 5544 All-in-One Printer

How come I’m not receiving new ink cartridges. It’s almost a year I can only print in colours. I have monthly direct debit ink subscription. I don’t use my printer only once in while. Tried messaging HP no reply . Still waiting for black ink replacement. I have tried all the troubleshooting advice but no luck. It will only print in colour.
