Woke up this morning to this message. I tried troubleshooting with articles on the HP site but nothing has worked (https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_3053911-2842957-16). In step 4, f11 just takes me back to the same blue error screen, not to Windows Recovery Environment and I can't get into the computer to download the HP Cloud Recovery Tool. I am unsure if I have Windows 10 or 11.
