Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 All-in-One Printer

My 8710 printer is not printing in color.  All of the toners are new.  I have tried to uninstall and reinstall all drivers, but nothing seems to work.  Everything else about the printer seems to be fine.  Could this possibly be something mechanical rather than software related?
