Hello, I have an "HP Laptop - 15-ef1038nr" here. (https://support.hp.com/de-de/product/details/hp-15-e1000-laptop-pc-series/model/37676314) 

The Caps Lock key flashes 5 times slowly and 3 times quickly. According to the HP error code it says:

The red light flashes five times, and then three, short white light flashes (5 long red, 3 short white):
This condition indicates that the embedded controller cannot reach the BIOS within the established time limit.

I have tried to reset the BIOS using a USB stick, but that doesn't work either. Follow these instructions:

Is there still a possibility to do something here?
