Hello guy! I have to calibrate the battery and I have tried the method suggested by HP support but it doesn't work. I had even tried to discharge complety and then charge again but it doesn't. The method suggested by HP is :
1)Connect the AC adapter.
2)Fully charge the battery (99%-100%).
3)Keep the AC adapter connected to the computer for 3 hours with the battery fully charged (99%-100%).
4)Launch the HP Battery Check using HP Support Assistant to validate the results.
Is there any other method to calibrate battery? Thank in advance for your feedback.
