HP Recommended

This started a few days ago where the Laptop wouldn’t boot up and a blue screen would show with an error message. (Photos included)

Then after this is up for a few seconds, this Black screen would appear and stay on for EVER

I have tried everything I can think of and still nothing has changed. Please advise on what to do next. Thanks
