Product: HP Officejet Pro 8600 e-All-in-One Printer - N911a
I have an HP Officejet Pro 8600, yesterday we received a notification of ink being low, and after getting replacement cartridges (we have not yet installed them) we are now getting the below errord message:
Printer Failure
There is a problem with the printer or print system. Turn off the printer, unplug and the plug in the power cord, and then turn on the printer again. If the problem persists, contact support.
We've tried:
Power cycling as instructed (no change)
Reseating the current ink cartridges (no change)
Reseating the print head (no change)
Checking for driver updates (no change)
Running diagnostics with HP Smart (no change)
Aside from replacing the ink cartridges can anyone recommend any other steps?
