Hello Hp Community,

 

I purchased a new Hp smart tank 7602 all in one a few days ago and the paper tray Led light and Control Panel Display stays on always including during sleep and shutdown, is this normal? How to fix?

I checked settings and the printer is set to go to sleep, and shutdown. I also unplugged the printer and waited about two minutes then plugged back in. Nothing has worked so far. Printer is set up for updates.
