Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I want to replace the mount that comes with my E223 monitor with a universal one to put on another stand so that I can have two screens, I use different brands of monitors and now I want to be able to use them on the same stand, would I be able to remove the mount from my E223 (the back part doesn't seem to be compatible with all the options I've seen on the internet for standard VESA Mount 100MM). I'd like to know what I can do.
