SPECS:
Laptop : HP OMEN 15-en0000
Processor : AMD Ryzen 7 4800H with Radeon Graphics
OS : Windows 11 Home Version 23H2
Recently my trackpad stopped working in the Windows environment, yet it does work in the bios. I can still operate the system with an USB mouse, but it does not have my preference.
I've already taken various steps to try to resolve the issue, but the problem doesn't seem to disappear.
- Updated all the drivers and general system.
- Complete factory reset of the computer.
- Performed functional component test in the boot menu, and they passed there with the trackpad being used.
Anyone has any suggestions?
