Product: HP DeskJet 2755e

My printer will "print" blank pages if I try to print anything, same for scanning/copying. It will print all test pages fine, both color and black/white, and it is only a week old. I just replaced the ink cartridges that came in the box with new ones incase they were at fault but it appear that the printer is just not working.
