Product: Victus by HP 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop 15-fa1000 (771S5AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

So far:
I tried turning off keyboard toggle on keys from accessibility settings in Control Panel.
Tried turning off unnecessary animations.
Tried turning on the notifications for keyboard inputs to OFF.
Tried messing with settings -> accessibility -> keyboard.
Couldn't find the folder for hotkeys in Windows button + R either.
How do I turn this transparent caps lock notification on screen off, forever, it's bugging me
