HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

On opening the gaming hub, all seems fine until I select my laptop ID from the menu on the left hand side. On doing so it will load up and display the system vitals but then display an error message as pictured below. Upon clicking okay the hub shuts itself down.

 

I have tried uninstalling and re-installing the software from Microsoft store but still get the same message
