Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8135e All-in-One Printer

I have an Officejet pro 8130e series printer that won't scan to email.  If I use the touch screen on the printer it will scan all the documents and says completed, but does not send to yahoo or **bleep**.  The hp smart app scan shortcut has "scanner" and "import" options.  Logging into HP EWS the scan options only show Web Scan and Scan to USB.  Firmware is up to date. Access Control permissions have all Scan options checked.  I've done the power cycle/unplug printer suggestions I've found googling.

 

OS: Windows 10  64bit

 

Suggestions would be appreciated.
