Product: HP ProBook 440 G8 Notebook PC (2Q528AV)

HP ProBook 440 G8 Notebook - can I charge it using usb-c from a Powerbank like HOCO J101B (22.5W, 30000 mAh)?

 

I connected it to the USB Type-C of the notebook but it does not charge.
