HP Recommended
Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

New HP Officejet Pro 9020e. Straight out of the box.

Printer error: 
"Problem with the supply system. Try replacing the cartridge (K Black)"

Done the usual troubleshooting.
• Off and on.
• Taken cartradige out. Put it back in. 
• Checked firmware and it's running the latest. 

Any assistance welcome.
