Product: HP 255 G7 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have a problem with the sound that not working. I have tried all the tutorials on the official site and I have browsed the device manager as well. The speakers seem to be fine, however the sound does not work and even on wired headphones. I haven't tried Bloothoth. What should I do beside servising?
