Product: Elitebook 840 G10
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hey,
I am facing problems with my Laptop. when its plugged in, in my HP 120W G4 Docking station, its charging but i have no video on my monitors. when i plug in another laptop it works fine. I've tried to do a BIOS update but it failed at the Thunderbolt firmware. 
I already did some HW checks, but everything passed.

Is there any solution or is it a hardware failure?
