Suddenly my Notebook didnt start, everything was black, no fans, no lights etc. . The Led that shows if the laptop is charging didnt light. I opended it up, took a look at the batterie and the board but i didnt see anything wrong. I decided to buy a other battery because its the easiest error to rule out. Once i had everything back together i tried to start it and surprisingly it started.
But it showed the error "cmos reset 502". The LED would light now if i plugged it in. Because of the error i thought it is the battery (the battery charged normal and had normal capacity and it was charged more than 50% all the time) I ordered a new one on amazon (no original) and installed it, started it and it worked fine. charged it, everything ok, started it the next day, everything ok again, but today the same problem occured, it wouldnt start.
I opened it up and took the battery out. When i put the charger in the light would light now, and it started. but it only starts when the battery is out. Is the problem because of the aftermarket battery or do i have a different problem ?
when the computer is on, it works fine and i have no problems or errors.
Thank you in advance.
