Hello,
I have an HP EliteBook 655 G9 laptop. but I forgot my Bios administrator password. How can I solve this problem? Can someone give me some advice? I read that HP Support should send me a file, which I should boot from USB. How can I contact HP Support and what information should I give them, including serial number and product ID? Please someone to help me!
