Product: HP Thunderbolt Dock 280W G4
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hello!
I have the following issues with Hp Thunderbolt dock 280W G4 Combo cable:
On my Zbook laptop it work fine, it charges and also it communicate with other peripherals. it requires 150W
On my Omen Laptop 15 - dc0010nq it is communicating with the peripherals but it is not charging despite being a dock with a 280W power. The Omen requires only 135W.
Why is this happening ? Are there any additional setting to be made ?
I also updated the firmware to the latest version for the docking station.
Thank you
