HP Recommended

I'm trying to print 6x4 photos on an HP C4580, I often get a paper jam or only half the photo printed.  This occurs when using photo paper when using 6x4 standard printer paper it works fine.  I suspect the printer is not feeding the printer paper through properly.  When I print there is only one sheet in the feeder tray so there is no issue with the weight of a pile of paper causing the problem.  Is there a maximum weight of photo paper, e.g. 200gsm, that this printer can use.  I am printing from an iMac running macOS Ventura 13.6.7.
