Hi,

I have a "Check your account" error message in HP Smart, though when I press the Get More Help it opens a browser and brings me to my account but doesn't show any notification. That error message prevents me from printing which is quite annoying. I don't have any subscription with HP, any help would be appreciated as I can't seem to add the printer to the help centre thus can't raise a ticket with HP directly.
