Product: Officejet Pro 8028

Today I discovered my HP officejet pro 8028 had it's wi-fi turned off. I am unable to turn it back on or reset it to factory settings (both buttons are greyed out) and I'm getting the message "this feature has been locked by the person that setup the printer." That person is me and I don't remember even setting locks on these features. If there is any way to a factory reset to fix this issue, I would like to know how.
