Hello - I am having problems w/ my hp6962 printer, bypassing the cartridge setup. I accidently did an OOBE reset, (should have done a Semi reset). Printer will not pass menu for cartridge setup to continue initializing. Been w/ HP-Instant Ink for a long time. Tried to access printer in (engineering mode (4 taps on previous cursor button)) Still no response. Removed cartridges and powered down, unplugged, waited 30 seconds, powered up again. Printer still will not move from the cartridge setup screen. Printer is already registered, and all cartridges are shipped to me from HP. Any suggestions - Was hoping not to get another printer since this one still works. Thanks
