Please can somebody help me 

I can’t print in colour, when I try to print from my iPad or iPhone , it initially shows in preview in colour then changes to black and white and will only print in black and white.

ive looked through everything and I can’t work out why it has suddenly started doing this 

 

please can somebody help me
