Bonjour à tous(toutes),

J’ai depuis quelques jours un problème d’impression sur mon imprimante HP Color Laser MFP 178nw.

Lorsque je veux imprimer un document à partir de HP Smart ou directement en PDF ou autre, il m’est indiqué « absence de papier », alors qu’il y a du papier dans le bac, et sur le panneau de l’imprimante est indiqué : « Ready to copy 100% 00 et 1 clignotant »

Merci d’avance pour toute aide me permettant de débloquer la situation.
