Product: HP Pavilion Plus 14 inch Laptop PC 14-eh0000 (56D77AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

When I plugin the charger to my laptop it immediately goes to 100% even though it was at a low battery and then when I turn the laptop on it shows 100% and if remove the charging cable it shuts down suddenly.
