Product: HP Pavilion Laptop PC 15-eg3000 (78G45AV)

Hi - newly delivered laptop - HP Pavilion Laptop 15-eg3xxx - but it seems right-click on touchpad does not work or acts like left-click. Have updated driver - no change. Have re-installed driver - no change. Have switched left and right buttons in touchpad settings. Left-click performs as I'd expect right-click to; right-click performs as I'd expect left-click to.

Have attached blue-tooth mouse - left and right buttons work as expected.

Does this indicate a hardware issue with touchpad? Thank you.
