New 7255E printer. In the HP Smart App It shows the error - load paper and confirm that the guides are in contact with the paper stack. Printer does not have error just shows in HP Smart App with regards to the 7255E printer. Can still print to the printer and copy from the printer. Is it the HP Smart App is just junk or something else? Have tried removing the paper multiple times, restarting the app, restarting computer that has the HP Smart App loaded on it, shutting down printer, etc. Still, no luck.
