Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My laptop automatically locked up while playing games and sometimes even keyboard lights goes off and after 2-3 minintues lock screen pops up and keyboard became normal. This is happening every time i play games or run benchmark. I have also tried resting full windows but it didn't work. If anyone knows the solution for this.. please help.

HP Omen 16 xf0xxx

Processor:  AMD Ryzen 7 7840HS w/ Radeon 780M Graphics 3.80 GHz
RAM: 16.0 GB (15.3 GB usable)
GPU - Nvidia Rtx 4060

OS- Windows 11 24H2
