Hello everybody. I got a laptop from HP around 2 years ago. And about 2 weeks ago it started behaving really strange. In the morning I couldnt turn it on, and went to safe mode to fix it (I didnt know how to do so yet though, so I ended up just resetting my windows). And when I reset my windows, the problem is still here. Later I figured out the problem is with windows exiting winlogon. When I put in my password it automatically toggles off. I thought my laptop is about to die, but, even more later I figured out that its something about my drivers. I reset my windows for 10th time to check it(I did a windows 10 and 11, both are not working), and I was right. Whenever I would boot up, I go to safe mode, reset my drivers through DDU. Then I turn off my windows updates through services.msc and looks like its all done. I been using this method to boot up and use my laptop. BIOS on this laptop is not really good, I almost cant adjust nothing. But later on, this morning I got another problem, and I couldnt even load in safe mode (no picture at all). I tried to unplug every usb from my laptop, and later I realised that when I plug my charger, it automatically turns off and gives me no screen at all. I dont know how am I going to be fixing this yet, because I dont want to get inside of my laptop and try to unplug the battery to check whats wrong with it. So if any of HP supports see this, please reply with something I could do to fix it. I went through some posts of people who are issuing with black screen and I see that everyone responds with the same text (F11 - Safe mode - Check drivers through win+x or just reset your windows.) I know that resetting windows fixes most of the issues, but it wouldnt help me there.
Thanks for reading all of my waffle, Best regards.
