HP Deskjeet 2050

Здравствуйте! Не новый МФУ HP Deskjet 2050, был в эксплуатации, потом год на складе хранение. Сейчас пытаюсь запустить - не печатает стартовую страницу и не копирует. Каретка двигается без проблем. Картриджи не пустые. Лист пропускает, но не печатает. Помогите пожалуйста советом, какая может быть неисправность?

Hello!

Not a new MFP HP Deskjet 2050, was in use, then a year was stored in a warehouse. Now I'm trying to start it, but it prints an empty start page and does not copy. The carriage moves without problems. Cartridges are not empty. The sheet runs through the printer, but the image/text is not printed. Please advice, what could be a malfunction?

Allow me to welcome to HP Support Forums! It is a great platform to get help from the community, get suggestions and find what has worked for others!

 

Going through your post, I see that you are trying to use the Deskjet printer after a year of inactivity. It looks like an issue with the ink cartridges on your printer.

If the printer is unused for that extend it is highly possible that the ink cartridges are dried out.

 

Please try the steps listed here to clean the cartridges: HP Deskjet 1050, 2050 Printers - Fixing Poor Print Quality

If the issue persists, please replace the cartridges and check.
