trying in vain to connect my daughter's iphone 5s to the sprocket - it cannot be found by the iphone bluetooth. I have reset the phone settings, reset the printer, removed then reisntalled the app, reset the phone and still nothing only onc it found the sprocket and then the phone displayed "hp sprocket (f1:f6) is not supported" I can connect my samsung s7 to it and have then updated the firmware via the samsung but the iphone cannot findthe sprocket to update the firmwear via the iphone. This is not fit for purpose in the current condition and as such I feel that the printer should be returned and refunded if this problem cannot be fixed. I look forward to your solution - ASAP

What OS is your iphone currently running on? Please ensure that your daughter's mobile device is updated to Apple iOS 11.2 or later. There is an online support document that should resolve your connectivity issue. You can find the document at, https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-sprocket-photo-printer/12635221/document/c05300073.
Please follow the steps in the support document after updating the mobile device iOS.
I hope this resolves your issue. Please let us know if you are still unable to connect after following these steps, and any details around your device iOS, Sprocket FW and App revision.
