HP Sprocket 200
iOS 12 - 12.0.1

Hello,

I've just bougth a HP Sprocket 200 printer and it prints everything with a blue color. I've tried everything explained here and I continue with the same problem: https://support.hp.com/es-es/product/hp-sprocket-plus-printer/17345758/document/c05796707

I've tried with a different mobile, with a different paper package (also HP) with its own blue card, firmware update, etc.... and it remains the same.

Please, can anyone tell me how to solve the issue? It's a hardware problem?

Thanks!!

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Since you have already tried most of the troubleshooting steps, we can try to reset the sprocket to its factory settings and check if that helps.

Remove the paper cover, and then use a narrow object, such as a pen or paperclip, to press and hold the Reset button for 3 seconds. The Sprocket resets and turns off.

Locating the Reset button on the HP Sprocket 200 Printer

Update the iOS software, click here to know how.

Connect the sprocket and try to print.

If the issue persists, please contact our HP Support team for Service Options as it could be a possible hardware issue:

1) Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true

3) Enter the serial of your device.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.
