Brand new Sprocket 200 - won’t turn on and doesn’t seem to be charging.

I used it to take a photo and went to use it 2 days later and it won’t power on. I tried plugging it in to charge it and red light comes on briefly then turns off. No green light. No response to power button.

No response to the reset button (which I held down for 30seconds with no response).

Help...?

  • Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/
  • Select the product type.
  • Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
  • Select the country from the drop-down.
  • You should see the HP support number or Chat option listed

Thanks for the reply. Apologies for the delay in acknowledging (I didn't get a notification). I've logged it with HP support as a phone casefile but awaiting the case ID so I can call. I'll try messenger when I'm not at work as well.
