Hello, I've tried to pair my HP Sprocket to my iPhone 7 plus but the printer doesn't even show up in the wifi.  I've done a hard reboot of my phone and also reset my HP Sprocket.  I'm not sure what else to do?

Hi,

HP Sprocket printers use Bluetooth and should not be listed under your Wi-Fi networks list.

Follow below steps to set up the printer and pair it through the HP Sprocket app:

If you experience further issues follow below steps:

I apologize, I meant bluetooth, not wifi.  My iphone doesn't even detect the presence of the sprocket in the bluetooth list.  I did manage to pair it with my ipad, but my iphone 7 doesn't even detect it.  What can be the issue?  I've tried everything suggested in my search on this help board.  So suggesting the normal things have not worked.  I have a $ 100 dollar photo printer that is practically useless.
