I just bought a Sprocket 200 and cannot get it to connect with my iPhone. I am using the latest update for my phone. The Sprocket and my phone are fully charged. I’ve double checked to make sure the Bluetooth is on. I’ve reset the sprocket numerous times, deleted and reinstalled the app several times. Nothing is working. I know it needs a firmware update because the colors on the bar change but I can’t update the firmware until it is connected to my phone I believe. Any suggestions are welcome as I feel IMO in a viscous circle.

If you have already performed steps from the document HP Sprocket Printers - Sprocket Does Not Connect or Print and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
