Hi! @humlhanz, Thank you for visiting the HP Forums! A great place where you can find solutions for your issues with help from the community!

I understand you are trying to register your sprocket printer with HP however you are unable to register the product.

Don't worry I'd like to help you out.

You can register your product by going to hp.com and by entering the serial number of your product.

You can find the printer serial number on the Universal Product Code (UPC) sticker inside the input tray. The serial number is a ten-digit alphanumeric number that is unique to each printer.

Turn off the printer.

Remove the top cover by sliding it away from the output slot, and then set it aside.

Remove any loose photo paper from the input tray, and then set aside if necessary.

Locate the serial number on the UPC sticker inside the input tray.

Enter the serial number in the search box and select register. If you still have issues registering the product.

Please contact HP support for service options.

Hope to hear from your soon!

Have a great day! 🙂
