Whenever I charge my sprocket the lights flash green and red and it will not print. I have tried all the solutions including upgrading firmware, reinstalling app and resetting the device. Last time I used the sprocket and it worked was around 2 months ago and I have never made any modifications or used any unsupported printing paper. Thanks
